Para practicar deporte de manera adecuada se han de tener en cuenta todas las partes del cuerpo y una de ellas, y muy delicada, es el <strong>pecho<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No utilizar <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.ropainteriorjulia.es\/tienda\/25-comprar-sujetadores-deportivos\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">sujetador deportivo<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> cuando se est\u00e1 practicando deporte puede suponer para el pecho de la mujer lesiones de varios tipos. Adem\u00e1s, al no estar sujeto correctamente puede suponer que los ligamentos que componen el pecho se estiren. De este modo, no es suficiente \u00fanicamente con utilizar un sujetador deportivo, se ha de elegir el adecuado para cada cual.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Qu\u00e9 tener en cuenta al elegir el sujetador deportivo\u00a0<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-1590 alignright\" src=\"http:\/\/www.ropainteriorjulia.es\/consejos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/sujetador-deportivo.jpg\" alt=\"sujetador-deportivo\" width=\"248\" height=\"312\" \/><\/b><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><b> El tipo de sujetador que se va a utilizar<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Los sujetadores deportivos se dividen en tres <\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">tipos: medio, alto y bajo impacto. De este modo, para correr, ir en bicicleta, patinar o <\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">caminar se debe utilizar un sujetador de medio impacto, para practicar pilates, ir al gimnasio <\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">o hacer yoga el adecuado es el de bajo impacto y para correr o practicar aer\u00f3bic un sujetador <\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">de alto impacto.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><b> El tipo de sujeci\u00f3n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Los sujetadores deportivos pueden sujetarse por compresi\u00f3n o por <\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">recogimiento. El sujetador por compresi\u00f3n sujeta el pecho contra la caja tor\u00e1cica y evita que <\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">se produzcan demasiados movimientos, este es m\u00e1s adecuado para pechos reducidos. El <\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">sujetador por recogimiento recoge las mamas y envuelve a cada una por separado, es <\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">adecuado para las mujeres que tienen pechos grandes. Tambi\u00e9n se pueden encontrar en el <\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">mercado sujetadores deportivos que combinen ambas formas de sujeci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><b> La talla<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Se ha de elegir la<\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.ropainteriorjulia.es\/tienda\/7\/tabla-de-tallas\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> talla<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> correcta midiendo el pecho y el contorno.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><b> Los tirantes<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Cuanto m\u00e1s grande es el pecho m\u00e1s anchos deben ser los tirantes con tal de <\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">sujetarlos correctamente.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><b> El cierre<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.
